* Please note - An Employee may terminate this agreement (and therefore make themselves unavailable for future assignments) by giving written notice of at least 5 working days.
On request of the Employer, or if the Employee no longer wishes to accept any work assignments, then the Employee must immediately return:
(a) all access cards and keys;
(b) property, tools, protective clothing, apparel, records, and other property of the Employer;
(c) all information and records relating to employment activities.
*Important - Please note, if your final work date falls on a Mon/Tue/Wed then your final pay will be processed for the following week. If your final work date falls on a Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun your final pay will be processed in the current pay cycle.
