Caroline is our Health, Safety & People Co-ordinator at Trade Assist, bringing over 30 years of diverse experience to the role. She began her career as a Registered Nurse before advancing to roles as an Occupational Health Nurse, Manager and later General and Operational Management positions. Her career journey included time in Sydney and London, where she provided health and safety guidance to recruitment companies. Caroline also co-managed a property management business with her husband, further sharpening her leadership and risk management expertise.

Caroline joined Trade Assist driven by a passion for improving workplace health and safety, particularly in the manufacturing and construction industries. Since then, she has broadened her focus to support a range of sectors that Trade Assist services. Caroline has played a key role in raising health and safety standards and introducing initiatives that benefit both staff and candidates. Her ability to unravel complex information and pinpoint key insights has been instrumental in driving meaningful improvements in risk management and overall workplace culture.

For Caroline, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing her colleagues and candidates excel in their positions and grow into leadership roles. She firmly believes that success starts with recognising your strengths, putting them into practice every day and building a strong support network to unlock new opportunities. Her cheerful and collaborative approach creates a positive environment wherever she goes.
