Forklift F endorsements confirmed.
Drug-screened as standard.
We supply Move Logistics, Sorted Logistics, Foodstuffs South Island, PGG Wrightson and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners - across seasonal surges, steady-state volumes and short-notice fills.

You're looking for work
Register with your licence class, endorsements (F, D, P) and availability. We're placing across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Hawke's Bay right now - transport, logistics and warehouse. Your next role is probably already in our system.
Why Transport & Logistics Employers Choose Trade Assist
Every licence verified against the NZTA register.
Every Class 2, 4 and 5 driver's licence is checked against the NZTA database before placement - not photographed and filed. Expired licence, suspended licence, wrong class? They don't drive. No exceptions. We also check Commercial Driver Medical Certificates (CDMC) for Class 4 and 5 drivers, and confirm F endorsements for all forklift operators.
Dangerous goods, cold chain and FMCG peaks - we know the difference.
A DG-endorsed cold store driver for a pharmaceutical run is not the same hire as a standard warehouse picker during Christmas FMCG peak. We match candidates to your specific requirement - class, endorsement, environment and shift. Not just whoever's available.
Sourcr Manufacturing & Warehousing Agency of the Year 2024 - National.
This award covers logistics and warehouse supply. It's independently verified, based on client and candidate ratings. The track record in this sector is real.
Named accounts, not just one-off fills.
Move Logistics, Sorted Logistics, Foodstuffs South Island, PGG Wrightson, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. These are active accounts with consistent supply. We understand how their operations run. When volume spikes, we move fast because we already know the requirement.

Frequently asked questions
What driver licence classes does Trade Assist supply?
Class 2 (light truck/van), Class 4 (heavy rigid) and Class 5 (heavy combination/articulated). All licences verified against the NZTA register before placement. We also supply Class 1 courier and delivery drivers, and specialist operators — Bendi fork, reach truck, tanker, tautliner and curtainsider drivers.
Do you supply drivers with a Dangerous Goods (D) endorsement?
Yes. Where the role requires DG transport, we confirm the endorsement is current against NZTA and check the DG class coverage matches the cargo type (UN Classes 1–9). A D endorsement that doesn't cover the right hazmat class is not a valid placement.
What is a Commercial Driver Medical Certificate and do your drivers have one?
A CDMC is required for all Class 4 and Class 5 drivers in New Zealand. Trade Assist confirms CDMC currency as part of every pre-placement check. An expired CDMC means the driver is not placed — no exceptions.
How quickly can you supply a forklift operator?
Often same-day for counterbalance operators in Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington. 24–48 hours for reach truck or Bendi operators, or for locations with smaller local pipelines. Call 0800 999 599 — we'll tell you exactly what's available right now.
Can you supply workers for cold store and freezer environments?
Yes. Cold store and freezer work requires workers who are comfortable with the conditions and have appropriate PPE. We brief every candidate on the environment before placement and confirm PPE. Workers who haven't worked in cold environments before are told upfront what to expect.
What is your turnaround for seasonal FMCG demand peaks?
For Christmas and New Year peaks, engage us 4–6 weeks in advance to lock in a committed supply pool. For Easter and mid-year school holiday peaks, 2–3 weeks is workable. Don't wait until week 50. We can commit in advance if we're briefed early enough.
Do you supply into 3PL, cold chain and pharmaceutical logistics?
Yes. We supply directly to third-party logistics operators, cold chain distribution, food processing distribution and pharmaceutical logistics. Workers placed in regulated environments are pre-screened for those requirements — PPE, hygiene protocols, any specific site induction requirements.
