Facundo is our North Island Regional Manager at Trade Assist and has been instrumental in the company’s growth since its early days. Originally from Argentina, Facundo holds a bachelor’s degree in law, a background that laid the foundation for his exceptional communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities and talent for building trust and strong relationships. After moving to New Zealand, he joined Trade Assist as a Health & Safety Compliance Manager, marking the start of a remarkable career journey.

As Trade Assist evolved, so did Facundo’s role. He was entrusted with establishing the company’s presence in Wellington, a pivotal milestone that later expanded to include Auckland and Hawke’s Bay. Initially focused on the construction sector, Facundo broadened his expertise to encompass manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, engineering and white-collar sectors, providing tailored staffing solutions to a diverse range of clients and candidates.

Facundo’s recruitment career began as a Consultant, where his drive and dedication quickly stood out. Within just a few years, he was promoted to Wellington Branch Manager and not long after, he stepped into his current role as North Island Regional Manager. Along the way, Facundo played a key role in establishing business development benchmarks that continue to guide Trade Assist’s recruitment team to this day.
