As a Recruitment Resourcer specialising in engineering, trades, works and civil sectors, she has a talent for making both clients and candidates feel at ease from the moment they connect. With her people-focused approach, Thais excels at building lasting relationships and takes pride in providing the best staffing solutions for everyone involved.

Thaís’ professional journey began as a qualified psychologist from back home in Brazil, where she developed a deep appreciation for the complexities of the human mind. After moving to New Zealand, she brought her people-first mindset to roles in healthline services, people management and location management for a global marketing company. These experiences, combined with her ability to support and inspire others, made her transition to recruitment a natural fit. Promoted to Recruitment Resourcer within less than six months of joining Trade Assist as a Receptionist/Administrator, Thais is a driving force for positive change in the workplace and beyond.
