Tony’s path to recruitment has been anything but ordinary. He began as a qualified electrician, spending seven years mastering his technical skills and developing a deep appreciation for craftsmanship. He then ventured into hospitality while earning a personal training qualification, refining his interpersonal skills and building a strong understanding of client relationships. These experiences now form the foundation of his approach to recruitment.

Along the way, Tony explored various career paths, including compliance and process management, but ultimately realised that his true passion lies in forming meaningful personal connections. Guided by a people-first mindset, he found his calling in recruitment and has been a valued member of the Trade Assist team ever since.
