2025 Company Get Together

We're starting a new tradition at Trade Assist.

We’ve started something new at Trade Assist and it’s something we’ve been working towards for a while now. For a long time, we’ve had the goal of bringing our internal team together, in person, under one roof. While we’re talking to each other every day across three locations, there’s just something special about being in the same room, swapping stories (some half-finished from last time), sharing laughs and soaking up the kind of energy that only comes when the team is firing on all cylinders.

This get-together was more than just a team bonding day. It marked the beginning of a new tradition. From here on out, we’re aiming to bring our internal team together once a year. It’s a chance to step back from the day-to-day, reflect on the wins and the challenges of the year gone by, look ahead at where we’re going next, and connect beyond the daily grind. And if we can do it more than once a year? Even better.

This time around, we hosted the team in Christchurch, home of our Head Office. The day kicked off with time to catch up, grab a bite and fuel up with a much-needed coffee before diving into a strategy session. The leadership team led us through a recap of the past year including the highs, the challenges and everything in between. We then shared the vision for the next three years, our game plan and some exciting new announcements.

To wrap things up, we swapped out workwear for our best outfits and came together for a private black-tie dinner at one of Christchurch’s iconic spots. The food was outstanding, the wine flowed and the celebrations carried on well into the night.

With Trade Assist now hitting the 10-year mark, there’s a lot to celebrate. And this was our way of saying thanks to the team that’s made it all possible. We're looking forward to what we can achieve as a team for the next ten years.
