Caroline’s North Island Health & Safety Tour

Our commitment to keeping people safe and connected, where it matters most.
When it comes to health and safety, we believe in getting out there and seeing things for ourselves. That's exactly what Caroline, our Health, Safety & People Coordinator did on her recent trip around the North Island. From Auckland to Hawke's Bay and Wellington, she spent time with our team members, visited clients for site assessments and checked in with our candidates to hear their thoughts and feedback. It's all part of our commitment to looking after our people, not just from behind a screen but by being present and connected on-site.
First Stop, Mighty Auckland
Caroline kicked off her trip by spending a few days with our Auckland crew. She supported the team in various ways - helping recruiters with candidate check-ins, reviewing workplace safety policies and reconnecting with one of our clients over a classic BBQ lunch shout. She even managed to snap a few pics along the way, which is always a bonus.
Next Up, Hawke's Bay and Wellington
In Hawke’s Bay, Caroline caught up with the production crew as the season was winding down. Florian, one of our Senior Recruitment Resourcers leading operations in the region, gave her a warm welcome and took her on a factory tour. It’s always a buzz seeing the Wattie's (Kraft Heinz) operation in full swing!
Wellington was another standout. Caroline teamed up with our recruitment superstars Liz and Jen to visit key sites together, connect with clients and candidates and gain valuable insight into daily operations across the area. It was a great showcase of the Wellington team's impact on-site.
It was awesome to see one of our behind-the-scenes team members out in the field, experiencing firsthand what a typical day looks like for our recruiters, all while bringing her signature upbeat personality and plenty of laughs. These visits highlight our continued focus on building safer, better workplaces by listening to our team and ensuring our people come first. And this isn't the end. We're looking forward to more visits from Caroline and ongoing efforts to improve our health and safety processes across the board.
