Trade Assist Employee Benefits Programme

Overview

At Trade Assist, our people are our business. We recognise the hard work, skill, and loyalty that you bring to our business and want to acknowledge and reward your contribution to the Trade Assist family. This employee benefits programme is intended to offer you benefits and exclusive rewards that celebrate your role here.

This document sets out:

  • What you need to do to qualify for benefits under the employee benefits programme; and
  • The nature of those benefits; and
  • Any relevant terms and conditions.

From time to time, the benefits available under this programme may change, based on changes of terms by our suppliers, new benefits that may become available, or other business changes. When that happens, a new employee benefits programme document will be issued (uploaded to our website) and will take effect from the day of the issue.

All benefits are granted at Trade Assist’s discretion and do not form part of your employment agreement.

Each benefit is a separate benefit, and to be eligible you must:

  • Meet the general eligibility criteria set out in this document; and
  • Meet the specific eligibility criteria for the specific benefit.

If you have any questions regarding your eligibility, please contact us straight away.
