1. PROMOTER

This giveaway is promoted by TradeAssist NZ ("the Promoter"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over. Employees of TradeAssist NZ and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The giveaway opens on the date of the post and closes on [DATE] at 8:00pm NZST. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must comment their guess of the number of Easter eggs in the hard hat on the official TradeAssist NZ giveaway post. There is no limit on the number of guesses a participant may submit — each comment counts as a separate entry.

5. DOUBLE ENTRY

Participants who follow the official TradeAssist NZ Facebook or Instagram page at the time of the draw will have all of their correct entries counted twice. Following must be active at the time the winner is drawn to be eligible for double entries.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the following prize pack:

- Cadbury Dairy Milk 10 Hollow Easter Eggs 170g

- Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramilk Easter Egg Gift Box 153g

- Cadbury Dairy Milk Easter Bunny 80g

- Cadbury Dairy Milk Easter Bunny 250g

- Cadbury Creme Egg 240g

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if required.

7. WINNER SELECTION

If one or more participants correctly guess the exact number of Easter eggs, the winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries using a random selection method. If no participant guesses the correct number, the winner will be the participant whose guess is closest to the correct number. In the event of a tie for the closest guess, the winner will be drawn at random from those tied entries.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be announced publicly on the TradeAssist NZ Facebook and Instagram pages following the close of entries. The winner will also be contacted via direct message on the platform through which they entered. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of a new winner.

9. PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will be delivered or arranged for collection within New Zealand. Delivery details will be confirmed with the winner directly. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage to the prize during delivery.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. By entering, participants consent to their username being published publicly in connection with the winner announcement.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
