Karen is a Recruitment Consultant at our Hawke’s Bay branch, bringing a diverse background and experience across recruitment, law enforcement and corrections both in New Zealand and Australia.

She first stepped into recruitment back in 2016 and quickly showed her strengths in building strong client relationships, supporting candidates, and managing large-scale projects. Over the years, Karen has held leadership roles, developed a wide network across the region, and earned a reputation for her honest, straightforward approach.

After building her career in law enforcement and corrections, Karen returned to recruitment to pursue her passion for helping people grow, supporting candidates move into new opportunities and partnering with businesses to build stronger teams. What drives her is knowing she’s making a real impact, whether it’s supporting client business operations or contributing to Trade Assist’s growing presence in Hawke’s Bay.
