Mate is a Recruitment Resourcer based at our Hawke’s Bay branch. She brings years of experience across recruitment, banking, health and social services, giving her a well-rounded understanding of people and what it takes to build real connections.

When the opportunity came up to join Trade Assist, it was the people and culture that drew her in, especially the supportive environment and strong sense of teamwork that stood out from day one.

Mate takes pride in building genuine relationships with candidates, getting to know their stories and helping them grow both professionally and personally. Seeing someone gain confidence, settle into a new role and grow is what motivates her most. Making a difference in the community means a lot to Mate.
