Giveaway Terms & Conditions – Candidate Feedback Promotion

This promotion is conducted by Trade Assist New Zealand Ltd (the “Promoter”).

Entry is open to active candidates only who are currently registered with the Promoter at the time of entry and draw.

“Active candidates” are defined as individuals engaged with the Promoter for current or recent employment opportunities or placements.

Only entries received through this link will be considered valid.

The competition closes Thursday 5th February.

Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

One (1) winner will receive a $100 Prezzy® Card.

The prize:

Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Must be accepted as awarded.

Will be sent to the winner’s home address held on file, which must be confirmed with the candidate prior to dispatch.

The winner will be randomly drawn after the promotion closing date and announced in the following Candidate Monthly EDM.

The winner may also be contacted directly using the details held on file.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm their delivery details within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Only one entry per eligible candidate will be accepted.

Incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and candidate status.

Providing feedback through the entry form does not require a public review and is not linked to any external review system.
