Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

As the year draws to a close, it's the perfect time to reflect on what has been a remarkable year for our teams across New Zealand. It's easy to focus on the challenges the year has brought, but it's without a doubt that our teamwork enabled us to navigate the ups and downs together. By creating momentum together and supporting each other, we're a step closer to the personal and business goals we've set for ourselves and that's worth celebrating. Here's a look at how our teams came together to mark the close of another successful year.

Christchurch Candidate Christmas Party
This year, the Christchurch team celebrated Christmas a bit differently. The team spent time outdoors, soaking up the sun and enjoying the company of friends and family. The giant Jenga was a big hit, but outdoor karaoke in the sunshine definitely stole the spotlight!

Wellington Candidate Christmas Party
The Wellington team celebrated the festive season with some good old Kiwi BBQ dinner. A couple of relaxing lawn games like corn hole and beach cricket were available for the entire team to enjoy. However, it was karaoke that took the spotlight once again. We're starting to see a pattern at our candidate Christmas parties. Special thanks to the internal staff who put so much love and effort into the photo collage wall leading up to the event.

Hawke's Bay Candidate Christmas Party
This year has been particularly special for Jay and Florian. Juggling life between two cities 300 kilometres apart comes with its challenges, but connecting the Hawke's Bay candidates with amazing employment opportunities has been incredibly rewarding for them. The Hawke's Bay team celebrated the end of the year with a BBQ lunch at a respectable local restaurant. It's always heartening to see our team recognise each other's hard work and dedication they've poured over the past 12 months.

North & South Island Internal Staff
This year, the internal staff wrapped up 2024 with Christmas dinners in two locations, bringing together our team to celebrate the incredible strides we've made at Trade Assist. It was a chance not only to reflect on the highs and lows of the year but also to connect on a more personal level. 2024 has been a year of hard work, dedication and growth as we've further expanded Trade Assist to become a step closer to the company goal. No celebration would be complete without a bit of fun - as always, Secret Santa brought some extra fun to the table.

We're now gearing up for the new year by setting intentions, fine-tuning some plans and creating strategies that'll set us up for success. Looking ahead to 2025, we're excited to take on new challenges and turn them into opportunities as we continue to grow together. We wish everyone a very merry Christmas, a happy New Year and a fantastic holiday.
