How quickly can you have workers on site?
For most standard roles, 24 to 48 hours from your brief. Specialist roles or larger teams may need 48 to 72 hours. We'll be upfront about realistic timeframes.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No — the needs analysis and site visit is free. No fees until workers are placed.
What if the placement doesn't work out?
Call your account manager immediately. We'll resolve it fast. Permanent placements include a 90-day replacement guarantee.
Can I use Trade Assist for permanent recruitment as well as temp?
Yes — we offer flexible temp, contract, managed resourcing, and permanent recruitment. The same rigorous process applies across all of them.
