Trade Assist 'Tradie Giveaway' Competition

1. Promoter:
   The Promoter is Trade Assist New Zealand.

2. T&C’s:
   By participating in this Promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Terms of Entry:
   a. Entrants: Entry to the Promotion is open only to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who fulfil the entry requirements.
   b. Entry Restrictions: Employees, officers, directors, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or associated companies are ineligible to enter. "Immediate families" include spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, and sibling.
   c. Game of Chance: The Promotion is a game of chance, with winners selected at random.
   d. Maximum Number of Entries: One entry per mention. Additional entries are granted for liking the post and following 'Trade Assist New Zealand' on Facebook and Instagram. This competition features ONE winner across both Facebook & Instagram.

Entries open at 1:00 PM on 02/04/2025 and close at 11:59 PM on 09/04/2025 (NZT).

5. Prize Details:
   a. Prize:

   • 12x Ultra White Monster Energy Drinks (Sugar-Free)

   • $50 BP Gift Voucher
     b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other valuable consideration. Attempts to sell or exchange the prize will result in cancellation.
     c. If the prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Notification of Winner(s):
   a. The winner will be notified via social media within 48 hours of the competition closing. Their name will also be posted on Trade Assist New Zealand’s social media pages once the prize has been accepted.
   b. The Promoter reserves the right to select a backup winner if the chosen winner does not contact Trade Assist within three (3) days of the announcement.
   c. If a winner does not claim the prize within the required timeframe, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Liability & Responsibility:
   a. The Promoter is not responsible for any consumption or resale of the prize items after the competition ends.
   b. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by entrants due to participation in this Promotion.
   c. Any technical issues, theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference affecting the Promotion will not be the responsibility of the Promoter.

8. Privacy:
   a. Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used for administering the competition and contacting the winner.
   b. By entering, entrants consent to Trade Assist New Zealand storing their personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. Discontinuation or Disqualification:
   a. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition at any time without compensation.
   b. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in fraudulent or misleading behaviour.

10. Exclusion of Liability:
    a. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality or suitability of the prize.
    b. The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with changes in prize value.
    c. The Promoter’s decision on all matters related to this Promotion is final.
    d. The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in correspondence regarding the competition outcome.
